China clay hill

China clay hill is situated at Birishiri, which is located at Durgapur upazila of Netrokona district and is almost 170 Km north of the Dhaka city. Tourists will have to visit Durgapur by crossing the Shomeswari River to visit the China Matir Tilla. 

China Matir Tilla or hill is about 15.5

kilometers long and 600 meters wide across the small tall hills and plain land. In the middle of the hilly areas there is a small lake. The colour of the lake changes in daytime. Sometimes, the hill is said to be red clay mountain because it is reddish colour.
